Picking Up Your In-Store Order(s)
  • Check below for pickup location information.
  • Bring your receipt to the cashier counter for processing and warehouse instructions.
  • Provide a valid ID.
  • Valid Forms of Identification
  • Driver's License
  • State Issued ID
  • Federal Government Issued ID
  • The cashier will provide you with a warehouse ticket.
  • Tull your vehicle into a warehouse pickup lane.
  • The cashier will provide you with a warehouse ticket.
  • Give your warehouse ticket to one of our warehouse members.
  • Our team members will bring your merchandise and load it into your vehicle.
  • Additional Information For Picking Up Your Online Order(s)
    Online Credit Card Transactions:
  • The cardholder must be present at time of pickup.
  • The credit card that was used for the online payment along with a valid ID will need to be presented for verification.
  • PLEASE NOTE that the item(s) WILL NOT be released for pickup if the above requirements are not met.

    Doorstep Dropoff
  • In-carton delivered to your doorstep. We can leave it in the garage, in the driveway, or outside the first-floor entry of the home or apartment.
  • Assembly required.
  • A person over 18 is required to sign for receipt of your furniture.
  • Elite Delivery
  • Delivered into room of choice with full assembly and setup.
  • Removal and disposal of all packing debris.
  • A person over 18 is required to sign for receipt of your furniture.
  • Please secure all pets before delivery personnel arrive.

  • Doorstep Dropoff and Elite Delivery

    Customers receiving a doorstep dropoff and elite delivery will be contacted via text message or email by 4pm the day prior with a 2-hour delivery window.

    Mattress Delivery

    Customers receiving a mattress delivery will be contacted via text message or email by 6pm the day prior with a 2-hour delivery window.


    What if I need to change the day?

    Because we begin processing your delivery 48 hours before we arrive, any changes or cancellations need to be made prior to that time.

    Will I be notified before my delivery arrives?

    Yes. The delivery team will contact you 30 minutes prior to your delivery.

    What about my old mattress?

    When we deliver your new mattress, we can pick up and dispose of your old one.

    Will the delivery team move my existing furniture?

    The area should be clear and ready to receive your new furniture. If you have special circumstances, please let us know ahead of time.

    Will they hookup my cable box, stereo, etc.?

    You know more about your components, so we leave the connections to you.
